Sabrina was a famous movie of the Fifties, were Audrey Hepburn presented a Cinderella-like story. The outfits has dull and simply colors; its sleeves and skirt are both short, but the sexy powder blue stockings remember us that cold days are coming. Lovely as the character whom is inspired to.

With Ale, I channeled my inner Bo Derek, adding sexy fishnets and combat style boots to bring an almost chic military feel to the look. I added on rainbow nails and a rainbow necklace...perhaps going a bit butch? Love for the ladies! Hehe

With Sabrina, I stuck close to the simple feel of the outfit and just wore a lovely long, brown ponytail. The shoes come with the outfit.

Today I'm showcasing Feather Sweet from ONE Fashion Design. This lovely outfit is part of the It's on Sale event so hurry if you want it! Sale ends Feb 13th!

Feather Sweet is a versatile outfit that includes: bodysuit (with and without sleeves options), feather skirt (resize scripted for a perfect fit) and fishnet stockings. Worn without skirt, sleeves and stocking makes an elegant swimwear. It’s available in 5 colours: white, black, purple, gold and green.

As mentioned, you can wear this with or without the stockings and gloves. However I personally love the fishnet look with the feathery skirt piece. You always see black fishnets so these in silver are a great change.

And of course, the outfit shows off my large breasts rather well! The outfit is very risque and sexy so it's not for the modest at heart. I went blond with this style from AVA-TARE called Windy and wore the star jewelry again I mentioned in an earlier post.

The designer, Dequan Warren, made a great piece here with many wear options. The look I have on is only but one way to wear this, and my personal favorite. I LOVE the skirt on this outfit, it flows very well. I would recommend this outfit if you like something sexy, and even a bit futuristic.

The Locker Room Debut

Welcome to a perhaps graphic heavy post! Today I was lucky enough to witness the birth of The Lock Room. You know all those discount shops on SL where great designers provide items at very low prices and the choices rotate? Well that's what TLR is except for men! The name itself brings to mind the sweaty room where men romp around, a simple towel their only modesty.

Welcome to the HBM Locker Room, the idea for the Locker Room came with the launch of one of SL's newest and premier Male magazines HBM (http://issuu.com/heartbeat-sl/docs/hbm1)

We wanted to bring the benefit of a store for males where you are able to find discounted items from some of SL's Top Designers.

The items will change every two weeks, ensuring always a depth of variety and choice. You can join the subscribomatic group to ensure your always up to date when the new releases are out and also to hear of any special offers or contests.

As you can see, this store is in no way fully couture. It is a nice mix of items for the fashion forward SL male. As you can see, I'm also near the only female geared item in the shop...but it's hard to notice since my eyes are locked on the sexy underwear and tank top set by subVerse and the best part it's only 70L.

I also saw some nice items that could be unisex. The curse of the SL world, so many things can be worn by either man or woman but skirts are usually a one way street. Thankfully as The Locker Room shows us, there are plenty of great items out there for men who know where to look.

The masters behind this lovely event, Events Manager LuLu Coba along with Lars Foulsbane who acted as DJ to provide music for all of us party guests.

Of course with such a great DJ I just HAD to get out on the dance floor and show off my moves a bit. Only missing a hunk to boogy with. Which, ironically, brings me to a thing I noticed. If you want your guys in these clothes you need to bring them. Sadly nothing is transferable so no getting secret presents. No one I knew was online at the time of the event or I would have showed them but I have the LM to pass out!

Of course I had to go to the event dressed well. I wanted to stand out so I didn't hold back, showing off my personal sense of style and my love for the way teal and black go together. Dress is from [DeDulja] and the boots are from ECCENTRIC.

Hair comes from Cake and the jewelry is Finesmith (minus the bracelet, that's from [DeDulja]). The lace make up is a favorite of mine by Lovely Mi Make-up, the black lace around the eyes is so killer and goes well with so many looks.

And that pretty much sums up my visit to The Locker Room. I'm always a fan of discount spots especially with high quality clothes, now all you sexy pixel men of SL have a spot to go to as well! This great opening event was on Feb 5th, I would have posted this entry sooner but I've been uber busy with RL. But fear not, all the sexy items are still on sale; each rotation lasts two weeks!

My plan for the day was to do two blog posts but I got distracted with RL. To keep caught up with my posts for It's on Sale I'm combining two great pieces into one post. First is the sexy shape I'm wearing, curvy and lovely by Shape it Up!

All MOD shapes at my store (both male and female) sell for 89L--I believe you shouldn't have to spend a ton to look good! So for the sale, I have one of my top sellers up for 45L--it's a MODIFIABLE shape! (I also include a style card)

Most of the shapes have more of a modelesque figure.

And of course the adorable cute blue dress is from Deka Fashions. It's called Alice.

The blue dress has a sexy, denim feel to it. The white lace around the top adds a hint of femininity that takes the dress a step ahead from the average mini dress. Very form fitting but still great for a casual look, especially in the spring or summer time.



I wanted to accent the white frill on the dress so I paired it with these great boots from Drakke. Best part they're FREE as an opening gift from the store. They're also accented with stars so I mirrored that with my jewelry. I didn't want anything too fancy and aimed to keep those look casual chic.



Elena Durnan did a fabulous job with this simple yet fun to wear dress. Her talent is something to admire so do not be ashamed if you find yourself buying this dress in every color! A girl can never have too many dresses like these in her wardrobe; it works great with accessories!



Don't look now but I had dress down a bit. You can see the true glory of this lovely shape done by Alexx Usbourne. The shaped is called Siren and let me tell you, I feel like one wearing it. It's not too tall, not too short and has lovely lady lumps. To finish up the star theme I have this great tattoo on from Love Tattoos, full body with even accents on the face. The hair was a group gift from D!va so better hurry and get it! The ribbon changes color so I made it white to go with the dress and boots.

It's on Sale - Republic

Hey guys and gals! Today I am posting for the It's on Sale event in SL. I'm showing off these Jannifer Booties in Stingray Leather, color is black. They're from a great store called Republic. For the "It's on Sale" event, Republic will offer it's Jannifer Booties in Stingray Leather. We're offering all colors of this particular leather for 50L each, they normally sell for 349L each!

The Jannifer boot is meant to offer the attractive features of other high-fashion styles, in a bootie that is casual enough to wear everyday. A simple bootie design, complemented by a unique forward-bent heel, detailed and shaded texturing, and signature V gold logo ornament on the back.

Available for sale will be Black Gold, Grey, Purple, Red, and Teal.

 

Let's take a closer look at these great shoes, shall we? As you can see the color is black but the real draw to these cute ankle boots is of course the leather pattern. It is called "Stingray" leather though it almost looks like a funky snake print. It really elevates these from a simple black boot to something everyone will look at no matter what you wear.

Teresa Republic, the designer, truly outdid herself with these lovely boots. They're petite, stylish and a blast to wear. Perfect with jeans, a skirt or even dressing them a bit as I did.

And of course, as you can see for yourself the back of the heel is embellished with a sexy golden letter V. Love them high heels!

I paired these delicious boots with a very high class outfit. Precious Petals from House of Xevion. The color is aqua and was a gift for their shoppers group reaching 100 members. The color goes great with black and the boots and outfit both flatter each other very well. The fashionista feel of the outfit are only amplified by these boots. Don't be afraid to dress these boots up or down!

Because the boots were black I needed to accent them with something black as well. The lovely outfit is accented in white so to add a bit of contrast I wore opera length black gloves from Gabriel, the set also came with the fur collar. The fur scarf adds a great touch, especially since the gloves are also rimmed with fur. Almost looks like I'm going out to a fancy play in New York City! Best part is, the gloves set was only 1L and come in both short and long lengths.

Of course a look at the outfit without the scarf piece. As you can see, the ruffle in the front is a lovely touch so if you want to pair it with a simple necklace go right ahead! The shape I'm wearing is from VJX, a subscriber gift for being apart of their subscribe-o-matic, it's name Stephania.

To wrap this up I'll go into how I finished the look. The skin is from [ bubble ] and was a Lucky Letter prize. A lovely dark look yet very serious for this fashionista look. The eyelashes are once again from VJX, a gift for being a part of the HOX group (same designer, Vikeejeah Xevion), best part it's a tattoo layer so no adjusting required! The hair is from Sn@tch, style name is Sally. I wanted a short hair style and this bob is great. Very sharp, stylish and fits very well under the hat. I went with the color black to better emphasize the boots from Republic. Black on top, black on the bottom.

Feeling a lil high fashion

So I've been holding onto this look for a while. I took the pictures and everything, I just never had a chance to post it. But here it is! A random day when I was feeling ciche. This is certainly not my normal look! However, it does pull off a high fashion feel; I hope!

The outfit itself is from Purple Moon. It's called Chloe *Pret a Porter* and I picked it up during $55L Thursdays, a great sale that everyone should hop on! Fabulous items on sale every week from great stores! It is one of the MAIN sales I save up for every week. Great designers enter and you get some great bargains.

The shoes I picked up on the market place. They're from  ::TGIS::, I picked them up when I needed a pair of open toed heels a while back and I didn't have any that were black. And most were pretty expensive too! These, however, were a very nice price and the HUD is very detailed. Gives options to change the sole of the shoe, underside, the metal on it and of course the toenail polish and flesh tone.

I nabbed a great shot of my back to show off the design of this top. The silver swirls are delicate yet sophisticated bringing a hint of whimsy to the look without sending it full on fantasy level. Purple Moon has its share of lovely fashions! I paired it with the collar from Finesmith, I've worn it before in posts. Best part is it has many color change options so I made the gem black to go with the look. The nails are from Candy Nails, nice pale blue.

The nails I felt went well with the skin, it's from [sYs] I really do love their skins when I want something futuristic. Despite the look being high fashion I feel adding the skin adds my own flare to it. Not being too fancy and my enjoyment of matching colors. The silvery blue of the skin and nails highlights the tone in the top and pants. To accent the silver, the shape and the whimsical nature of the swirls on the outfit and skin I put on a pair of elf ears. These come from LoveCats. They come in an up ear version and the type I have on, the "sad" type. Also different designs to pick. The Sunglasses came with the outfit, by the way, and the hair I got from*Amacci".

In closing, I'd like to mention the inspiration for this look. It was the shape. It was a freebie I received from Vikeejeah Xevion for being apart of her update group. It's called Platinum Queen, I received it back in 2010 but I didn't know what to do with it. I'm a casual gal and the shape is very high fashion. I also enjoy big boobs and such. Despite not being my usual look the shape spoke to me and reminded me of the type of model I want to be someday and when I put together this mix of high fashion plus my own personal touch I was so happy! It may not be a look I wear everyday or to a club but it is one I am proud of for certain.
