Weekend Date

So it's the weekend and it's time to go out, a date perhaps. Or maybe a fund raising event, store opening, concert...the point is you need something to wear! But what, what colors, what style, so many choices! How about the "little black dress" option? But which one? Well VERO MODERO offers you this choice for your closet, a great dressed called Puma.

This bold dress is a statement peace. Nothing crazy out avante garde but attention catching none the less. The great shoulder piece will bring eyes to your beautiful face and then when they move lower they will see everything else you have to offer. Lovely ruffled accents as the dress hugs at your form. I mixed in gold jewelry from Eye Candy and wearing sexy black nails from Virtual Insanity.

Went with a sexy up-do so nothing clashed with the look of the dress. It's by Ali & Ali and in my color, blond! The angelic look on my face is thanks to FACES Studios, a great new skin called Rosabelle. If you're looking for a lovely and realistic look I suggest picking it up.

Weekend Chic

I do enjoy being a blogger, I really do! It grants me the opportunity to enjoy fashion on Second Life and share it with others, hoping they enjoy it too. I know I don't have tons of readers or followers but I know sometimes, some people notice it. I get such a smile on my face when show a designer my post about their work, that even with my no-name status they appreciate me liking their talent. Today I'm going to show a lovely look I pulled together, great for a Sunday out with your friends.

The outfit is by Zenith, a lovely beige color and a very casual feel. If I could take this outfit with me to the real world it would be great for the office or shopping around Park Avenue. Short and sexy black miniskirt mixed with a classy beige top, accented with a ruffle collar. I know my pictures can't do it justice but this is an amazingly lovely outfit.

Paired it with a simple pair of black mary janes from Slink. Goes very well with the black pencil skirt. It's always hard to find the perfect pair of shoes, I think I spend more time getting dressed on SL than I do in RL!

But then again, on SL I have to worry about more than just clothes! Need the right skin, this one is from FACES Studios, it's called Rosabelle. I love the gentle face it has as well as the great skin tone. Hair? Oh well this style is called Crystal and it's by Ali & Ali, it's a free voting present. The great bangles are by Beauty Code. Eyes are by PHRESH, they're prim eyes too so they stand out even more! To accent the eyes I have eye jewels on by Virtual Insanity, a very simple bit that brings attention to my eyes. The nails are also made by Virtual Insanity, one of my new fav stores!

Mohna Lisa Couture - Elena

Guess who has a bunch of new releases out? Still guessing? Here's a hint, check the title. It's Mohna Lisa Couture! Hot off the heels of the grand opening of the new main store location, a truck load of new designs are waiting for you to purchase. Today I'll be showing you Elena, a great look for a club, an event or just when you want to look sexy.

This puts a new spin on the "little black dress" notion. A sleek and elegant one shouldered dress with shimmering sleeves and a belted accent finished off with black gloves. You will be styling and catching all eyes! Not to mention the skirt has two options. The one in this picture is the sleeker model, mini-skirt style.

And this is the ruffled skirt option. I enjoy this one a lot, I like the texture it adds to the bottom of the dress. Since it's all black the mix of textures helps a lot. The sleeves are also part of it I like, they're poofy yet don't look goofy. Hey...look at that, I rhymed! This dress is great at being understated and yet being a show stopper at the same time. You can also dress it up or down a bit depending on what you wear with it. As you can see with my hair style from Magika, I went with a bit of edge to it.

And here is a great close up shot of these amazing shoes by Mary Jane Shoes. This style is called Attitude Zebra, great design and peek-a-boo toes, HUD controlled of course. I love the shoes at this store, I work there as a model and just get a kick (pun intended) out of being able to showcase such great footwear!

Beautiful, right? I'm wearing one of my favorite HOX shapes, I love how cute it makes my face and eyes. As I mentioned earlier, this hair is from Magika. Bright red color is a special for the Japanese relief effort. Make up is by Lovely Mi, a big fan of eye lace. Necklace is from Finesmith.

BedlaM - St. Patrick's Day

After all that blogging it's time to go to the pub and relax! Check out this ultra casual look by BedlaM for the holiday. Green, sexy and full of attitiude. Now I might not be the biggest fan of baggie pants but this look really does work on me. Shockingly enough I don't run around in couture gowns all the time, I really enjoy dressing down mostly. This outfit is great for that and is only $99L, wow!

Everything you see, you get. Save for the hair, tattoo and jewelry. Pants, shoes, top and even the cute hat. It's a total packaged look for a very affordable price. It's green and in the theme for the holiday, plus without the hat you could wear this year round too! Best in Green contest anyone?

Oh yes, the sunglasses come with it too. I love how the hair is almost the same color as the shade of orange in the Irish flag! Like the necklace? Special mention! It was totally FREE. I was looking around for a good pub and ended up at The Blanrey Stone and they had a box of St. Patrick's Day freebies. I picked it up just to see what was in it and this cute shamrock choker was inside, not to mention a flag to old and some other items!

My Precious - St. Patrick's Day

Do you have $10L? Then you can have an amazing dress! This green beauty is from My Precious and for a limited time only is only $10L. Really I shouldn't have to write anymore, that should be enough to have you guys at the store...but I will anyway to talk about this look a bit more. Just make sure this dress is in your inventory son!

Beautiful and simple, this look is a great sundress and perfect for the spring weather. If you're not looking for something oozing shamrocks then I'd suggest this type of look. The dress has a few on the top but not too many at all so you could totally get away with wearing this again after St. Patrick's Day.

And I get to wear this amazing shoes with it by Nardcotix. They come in a variety of color, each color choice is $950L. The green is part of the primary colors pack, get em all for only $5500. Totally HUD controlled, lets you change the skin tone and polish. A lovely heel, sexy but not too fancy so you can easily wear this casually or dress it up. With so many color options (primary, pastels and metallic) you can have a shoe for every outfit easily. This particular style is called MANA Edith.

My usual pale skin and red hair look for the holiday. What is new is this adorable monocle. I love it, picked it up from Tree House Treasures and it's great. Very festive and very unique. The earrings are from Earthstone, great shamrock shape. There is also a matching necklace and belly ring but I only picked up these.

Apple May Designs - Lucky U

So many you want to show your Irish honey how lucky he or she is to have you? Or just wanna show them how Irish get down and dirty? Well even if that's not the case this great and festive underwear set is perfect. Green, shamrocks and only $25L, what more could you want? You get the top, undies and the tattoo on the stomach all for one low price! All thanks to Apple May Designs.

Got me a pair of Nardcotix heels on, in green of course. Yes, it's a more emerald green but c'mon! They look so good on me, imagine how they'd look on you? Plus, they go well with the Virtual Insanity jewelry I'm sporting. Bit of emerald green to contrast the pastels and white.

Hair is a great, muted red from [elikatria] and a simple ponytail. It shows off the monocle perfectly as well as the earrings. Hey, if I'm not a red head on St. Paddy's Day then something is wrong!

Beautiful Dirty Rich - St. Patrick's Day

Your eyes do not deceive you, I am wearing a neko outfit from a different store! Yes, I work for a different neko store and usually always wear the designs from there but I am a neko fan in general and sometimes enjoys the fairs of other stores. Ironically, I noticed this outfit AT a sponsored event for my store! I thought it looked uber hot and had to get my hands on it. Best part? It was dirt cheap! Enjoy some holiday neko fun from Beautiful Dirty Rich.

A lovely, sexy emerald green outfit this look comes with the dress, gloves and of course ears and tails. The top can either be worn as a to or the way I am sporting it with nipple pasties. Great pattern on the actual dress and even the boots have shamrocks on them in silver. It's a very pulled together look!

As usual I add my own personal touches to it. A pale skin and lovely red hair, even with a St. Patrick's Day hair clip in the back. However I'll tell you what really drew me to this outfit...the blindfold. I know it seems like a minor detail but I LOVE it. It's what I originally wanted but then to realize it came with a whole outfit AND it was in my price range? Talk about luck of the Irish!
